Luan Peszek
Gymnastics Advisor
“I’m Luan Peszek and have been a part of the gymnastics world for as long as I can remember. I was a gymnast growing up and earned a full scholarship to the University of Illinois. I coached at Northern Illinois University as I was getting my master’s degree. I worked at USA Gymnastics in the communications department and then became a vice president.
I’ve worked at Olympic Games, World Championships, and NCAA Championships. One of my most memorable responsibilities at USA Gymnastics was working with the NCAA to help promote and elevate collegiate gymnastics.
I became an advisor for JH Consulting in 2018 and the executive director for the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association for DIII gymnastics from 2019-2022.
I also had two daughters in the sport of gymnastics. Samantha is a World Championships gold medalist, Olympic Games silver medalist and 3-time NCAA Champion for UCLA. Jessica earned a full scholarship to Western Michigan University and was the Senior MAC athlete of the year.
Samantha is still involved with the sport as the founder of Beam Queen Bootcamp and a broadcast analyst for gymnastics.
I believe all my experiences as a competitor, coach, administrator, and “mom” help me to advise young women who would like to continue their gymnastics skills at the collegiate level. I remember working with my daughters as they were going through their recruiting process, and each had her own challenges. I love combining my love and knowledge of gymnastics and my passion of helping others, to help you fulfill your dreams.”
