Diana combines a lifelong passion for gymnastics with nearly two decades of professional recruiting expertise to guide athletes and families through the college gymnastics recruiting process.
A former Level 10 gymnast from New York and NCAA athlete, Diana understands the dedication and resilience required to compete at the collegiate level. She also served as a coach and director of one of New York’s most prominent club programs, where she gained valuable insight into what college coaches look for in prospective athletes.
Outside of the gym, Diana has built an 18-year career in recruiting, working across corporate America and with small business owners to identify and hire top talent. She now leverages that expertise—strategic evaluation, relationship building, and talent alignment—to support families navigating the recruiting journey in gymnastics.
As a proud gymnastics mom, Diana’s daughter is a 2025 state champion and current Level 4 gymnast, which keeps her grounded and closely connected to the sport at every level. With her warm candor and easygoing nature, Diana is excited to guide families through the recruiting process, providing clarity, direction, and a plan. She resides in the Hudson Valley, NY, with her husband and two children.
